Then you print out your materials (Recipes and Shopping List, Guidebook, Workbook, Protocol, and Reintegration Guidelines), order anything you want to order online (links are provided in A Few of my Favorite Things on the Downloads Page), and get yourself organized.

10 Day Elimination, Cleansing and Healing Diet

When you are ready to start Stage 2, you click on a link and insert your email address and you will receive your first daily email. Then the magic starts to happen!


You will receive an email every 3 days guiding you through the reintegration of the foods you removed during Stage 2.

The soups are great.  I made the cauliflower, artichoke and simple veggie.    My husband and I plan to continue some type of the cleanse the next few weeks.  I will continue making the soups cause we love them.   And I plan to eat lots of vegies.   I also plan to stay away from gluten.    We still love our coffee but at home I started buying organic.
