Michele’s Easy Peasy Cauliflower

  1. 1 head Cauliflower
  2. 1 Onion
  3. 1 Tbsp Cumin powder
  4. 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  5. 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  6. ½ tsp Sea Salt
  7. ¼ tsp Black Pepper, ground
  1. Cut cauliflower into florets and onion into wedges and rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin and turmeric. Roast at 425F for about 15 minutes or until crunchy and brown. Serve immediately.
  1. I like making big batches of this using colored cauliflower. Look for the orange, purple and green varieties. It is also fun to use a yellow and red onion. You can also grill this outside.
