Easy Garlic Lemon Chicken Wings

  1. 1/3 cup olive oil
  2. 3 Tbsp minced garlic
  3. 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  4. 2 Tbsp minced fresh herbs (like rosemary, thyme and parsley)
  5. sea salt and lots of fresh ground black pepper to taste
  6. 3 pounds of chicken wings
  1. Combine everything in a bowl except the chicken and whisk together well. Transfer to a large plastic bag, add the chicken and shake well to distribute the marinade evenly. Let marinate in the refrigerator over night. Cook in the hottest part of the oven at 400 degrees until crispy and delicious, turning periodically. Add more oil if they are sticking.
