Curried Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper, ground
- 1 Tbsp Thai Green Curry Paste
- 8 fl oz Coconut Milk
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Cut cauliflower into florets and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin and turmeric. Roast cauliflower at 400F for about 15 minutes or until done. Toast curry paste in a sauté pan until aromatic and add coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes. Toss cauliflower in the coconut milk curry and garnish with fresh herbs (basil, mint, Thai basil, parsley, etc.)
