Curried Cauliflower

Ingredients
  1. 1 head Cauliflower
  2. 1 Tbsp Cumin powder
  3. 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  4. ½ tsp Sea Salt
  5. ¼ tsp Black Pepper, ground
  6. 1 Tbsp Thai Green Curry Paste
  7. 8 fl oz Coconut Milk
  8. 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Cut cauliflower into florets and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin and turmeric. Roast cauliflower at 400F for about 15 minutes or until done. Toast curry paste in a sauté pan until aromatic and add coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes. Toss cauliflower in the coconut milk curry and garnish with fresh herbs (basil, mint, Thai basil, parsley, etc.)
