Almond Flour Pie Crust

- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ tsp celtic sea salt
- 1 egg
- Place flour and salt in food processor and pulse briefly.
- Add coconut oil and egg and pulse until mixture forms a ball.
- You can also mix well with a fork or a pastry cutter and form a ball with your hands.
- Press with your fingers or the back of a spoon into a 9 inch pie plate.
